Inspired by my 23 year career in art, fashion and photography in New York City, I launched Venustas Fine Jewelry in 2017. Since childhood, jewelry has bewitched me. My passion was fueled by magical memories of my quirky Aunt Zona, presenting leather rolls of precious jewels and costume baubles to ladies in the powder rooms of Maxwell's Plum and The Plaza Hotel in New York City.
Concept is most important to me in my design process. This launch collection, Spill, was inspired by a deep, life long connection with water, its polar qualities of power, unpredictability and serenity. You will see abstract references to waves, glass lakes, spills, droplets, bubbles, drips , ripples, swirls and coming soon frost patterns. The pieces are unique conversation pieces you will enjoy for a lifetime.
